المصريون بالخارج يرفضون قرارات مرسى و يهددون بالتصعيد ضده

نعلن نحن الموقعين أدناه من النشطاء المصريين بالخارج والذين دعموا الثورة المصرية ضد مبارك و ضد المجلس العسكري مساندتنا للثوار الأحرار داخل مصرالرافضين لقرارات الرئيس محمد مرسى الأخيرة التى من شأنها أن ترسخ لدولة ديكتاتورية فاشية وأن تسقط الدولة والشرعية والقانون

إن القرارات التى أعلنها مرسى تمنحه سلطات إلهية غير مسبوقة لرئيس جمهورية وتحصنه من أىة رقابة أو محاسبة، كما أنها تجعل منه فرعونا جديدا يمتلك السلطة التنفيذية والتشريعية معاً بعيداً عن رقابة القضاء؛ هذا الى جانب اعطائه الحق في اتخاذ إجراءات استثنائية بما يرسخ ما هو أسوأ من قانون الطوارئ الذي من شأنه قمع المعارضة وتعقب المعارضين. وأخيراً فإنها تحصن الجمعية التأسيسية الفاقدة للشرعية ومجلس الشورى غيرالدستوري ضد أى حكم قضائى بحلهما

لذا فإن جموع المصريين في الخارج تعلن عن بدء مجموعة من المظاهرات و الاحتجاجات خارج مصر، وقد بدأنا بالفعل بالتظاهر أمام السفارة المصرية بواشنطن والقنصلية المصرية بهيوستن، وسنتظاهر اليوم أمام البيت الأبيض في واشنطن وغداً في مدينة تورنتو بكندا، وفي الايام القادمة أمام العديد من القنصليات بمختلف مدن أوروبا وأمريكا الشمالية وأستراليا توطئة لخطوات أخرى تصعيدية ضد الرئيس مرسى. وكمصريين يدينون بالولاء لوطنهم الأم، نطالبه بالعدول عن قراراته الأخيرة وإلا فقد شرعيته نهائياً، وحدث له ولوطننا مصر مالا يحمد عقباه

Egyptians Abroad Object to Mursi’s Constitutional Decree and Threaten Escalation

We, the undersigned Egyptian diaspora across the world, who supported the Egyptian revolution against Mubarak and the Supreme Council of Armed Forces (SCAF), express our solidarity with the Free Egyptian Revolutionists who are currently protesting inside Egypt against president Mursi’s latest decisions, which are meant to establish a fascist dictatorship, and to topple institutional legitimacy and the rule of law.

This decision is empowering the current president with unprecedented divine authorities. He has declared himself above the law, a pharaoh with ultimate constitutional, executive, and judicial authorities. He now has absolute power.

The new decree has given the president the right to take any exceptional measures to supposedly protect the revolution. In effect, he has recreated a more potent form of the “Emergency Law” practiced by the old regime to oppress the opposition. This attempt at providing impunity to the illegitimate Constitution Drafting Committee, the unconstitutional Shura Council, and the current government is an open declaration of complete and ultimate dictatorship, not open to any form of scrutiny or accountability.

The Egyptian diaspora strongly denounce this constitutional coup and will voice their anger through a serious of protests and actions across the globe. Protests have started in London, Washington and Houston, and promise to spread throughout the states, Canada, Europe & Australia.

As patriotic Egyptians, we ask President Mursi towithdraw his latest decisions before he completely loses his legitimacy aspresident and further jeopardize the future of Egypt and of his presidency
